If you have an account with Dronesket, you can also find your tracking information in the Order History section of your account.

Click the Tracking Link: Use the link provided in your shipping confirmation email to view real-time updates on your package’s location and delivery status.

Visit the Carrier’s Website: If no link is provided, you can visit the shipping carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) and enter your tracking number manually.

Check Your Account: Log in to your Dronesket account and navigate to the Order History page to access your tracking details.
3. Delivery Updates

Most carriers provide detailed updates, including when your package is out for delivery and when it has been delivered.

If you encounter any issues or discrepancies with the tracking information, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
4. Delayed or Lost Packages

Delays: Occasionally, packages may experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your package is delayed, the tracking information will usually reflect this.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if there is no update for an extended period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
