I would like to return my order

At Dronesket, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free. Below, we’ve answered common questions about returns, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with relevant consumer protection laws.

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Log in to your Dronesket account, go to Order History, and follow the steps to initiate a return. A prepaid return label will be provided.

How to Initiate a Return?

Log in to your Dronesket account and visit the Order History section.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
Print the prepaid return label provided and securely package the item(s).
Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location or schedule a pickup.
